Hawk will be co-sponsoring the Jersey International Real Estate Conference taking place on Thursday 1 October at The Club Hotel.

Hosted by the PCD Club and event partner Hizzy,  the focussed morning session will be examining where is the value in the UK property market today? 

The session aims to bring  together investors, developers, advisers and real estate specialists to examine where UK real estate stands, how international capital can access it effectively and how Jersey can contribute to structuring and financing.

Against a backdrop of changing economic conditions, the conference will explore where investment opportunities are emerging and the risks that need to be considered to turn those opportunities into successful investments.
